Staggered Closing: Items will close in increments of 1 item every 4 minutes. The first lot will close at 12:00 PM. The next lot will close at 12:04 PM, etc.
Extended Bidding: An item's closing time is automatically extended to 4 minutes whenever a bid is placed in the last 4 minutes of the item’s closing time. The bidding for the item will close when a period of 4 minutes has expired without an additional bid.
Earnest Money Deposit: Credit cards are NOT accepted for earnest money deposits. Deposit is due within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction and may be made by wire transfer, certified funds, or cash.
